Our Process

Our single ply membrane system is designed to work for new construction or to extend the life of your existing roof. Either way, proper installation is critical for best results. We install the single ply membrane system using a 4-step process.

Clean/Prime

The first step is a thorough cleaning your roof to remove loose dirt and debris. Then we install board stock to create a smooth, consistent surface for membrane installation.

Installing the Membrane

Next, we lay down the membrane, using precise, overlapping layers that face the direction of water run-off. This encourages water to run off the roof, instead of pooling, which can lead to leaks.

Welding Seams

Next, each overlapping layer is welded using a robotic welder to create a watertight seal.

Edge Sealing

Finally, we use Conklin’s weatherproofing urethane sealant to seal every edge, corner, nook and cranny for a truly waterproof seal.
